There are two aspects of the world: the visible and the invisible, or that which is understood by experience versus by faith. For me, Art tries to put these two together, by an artistic expression and beautification, to make them one through the motif or subject.
I especially love to draw human subjects in daily life, as the creative process, and expression this allows, can convey a joy of living. At any moment, a certain passion or excitement can be realized through a brush stroke, and the Art thus created ideally conveys and perpetuates an energy for life. I believe artistic expression can lead us to a better world; the message may be direct and bold, or may reveal itself by a furtive hint or suggestion.
